MANAGEMENT STYLES

The organizational environment is influenced by which management style you as a manager choose to use in a given situation. Among other things, it is about how you motivate, collect and use information as well as how you make decisions and handle crises.

 

The style with which you lead your team through change therefore has a great influence, which is why it will be relevant to prove which management style your decisions comply with. Here, the starting point is six basic management styles derived from different competencies within emotional intelligence.

 

The styles work differently depending on the situation and have varying effects on the organizational environment. It is therefore an advantage to master all the styles to a certain extent and know where your strengths and weaknesses are.
