Change frequency
What?
An activity where individual members of a group aim to create change by consciously and visibly changing behaviour. By demonstrating visible difference, a single person can create a foundation for breaking down shared barriers.
Why?
When you need to do something completely different. This activity makes the desired behavior clearer and easier to follow.
How?
Show those with whom cooperation has been difficult that you are doing something different than usual. Change the way you greet others. Insist on speaking informally with the others. Sit physically close to the others and the like.
Here, the managers have the opportunity to identify the problems between the groups and structure them.
Who?
The activity can be performed by everyone in a group (at all organizational levels).
